1. Our commitments in short
- We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.
- We use no advertising cookies. Optional third-party services load only after you opt in.
- We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request and a rejection of non-essential cookies.
- You will never be treated worse for exercising a privacy right.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you want written confirmation of this, or to record an opt-out anyway, use the request link below.
Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
3. How to make a request
Email a privacy request to support@loantabs.com stating what you would like us to do, the email address you used with us and where you live. You do not need to use any special wording. If you use an authorised agent, we will ask for your written permission and may verify your identity with you directly.
- Verification. We compare your request to information we already hold, and may ask for a little more to be sure it is you. We will never ask for a password.
- Timing. We aim to respond within 30 days (45 days for some US states, extendable once where the law allows). We will tell you if we need more time.
- Cost. Requests are free unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
- Appeals. If we decline a request, we will explain why. In US states that give an appeal right, reply to our decision within 60 days to appeal, and we will answer within the time your state’s law sets. You can also contact your state attorney general or your data-protection authority.
- If you are a borrower or member of a lender that uses LoanTabs, your lender controls your records. We will pass your request to them, and you can contact them directly.

5. Complaints
We would like the chance to fix any problem first, so please contact us. You also have the right to complain to your local regulator, for example the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), your EU member state’s data-protection authority, or Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office.
