30 loan portfolio reports: PAR, aging, provisions and more
Run the institution, not just the loan book. LoanTabs includes 30 reports covering portfolio quality, collections, income and accounting, each exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF, so oversight does not need a separate tool.

What loan portfolio reports does LoanTabs include?
LoanTabs includes 30 built-in reports across five groups: portfolio and risk, collections and disbursements, income and losses, accounting, and analytics and audit. They include portfolio at risk, aging, provisions, the delinquency worklist, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance, and every report exports to CSV, Excel and PDF.
Reports are where a loan management system earns its keep. A lender who can see portfolio at risk, overdue loans and income at any time manages differently from one who waits for a month-end spreadsheet. The reports below update as staff record work, so what you see is the current position of the book. Every report reads from one engine, so the same loan shows the same figures on each report, on the Dashboard and in the AI assistant.
Group lending adds three reports (Group performance, Group collection sheet and Exposure by group) and the SACCO add-on adds seven more (Savings balances, Savings activity, Share register, Interest paid, Dormant accounts, Meeting attendance and Loan coverage).
A real-time read on the portfolio, not a month-end surprise
Active loans, portfolio at risk and disbursement trends update as your branches work, so oversight happens continuously instead of at close.

How the reporting works
Reports for funders, boards and regulators
Funders and boards usually ask for the same handful of measures: portfolio size, number of active borrowers, portfolio at risk at 30 and 90 days, write-offs, provisions and income. LoanTabs produces each as a built-in report with a defined calculation, so the same number appears every time it is asked for. Read how the measures work in our guides to portfolio at risk, days past due and aging and loan loss provisioning.
Regulators sometimes require reports in a prescribed format. LoanTabs' reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF, which lets you rework them in your own template. Check that an export gives you the columns you need before you rely on it for a filing.
